Let Restorative Yoga bring a sense of ease and letting-go to your active life.
Props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps) are used to help the body settle into a sense of ease within an asana. The body learns to release held tension knowing that it is held and supported.
These sessions are followed by a yoga nidra meditation. Let the body sleep whilst the mind is awake.
