Let Restorative Yoga bring a sense of ease and letting-go to your active life.

Props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps) are used to help the body settle into a sense of ease within an asana. The body learns to release held tension knowing that it is held and supported.

Restorative Yoga + sessions include self-myofascial release techniques. Each session will focus on a different body part or anatomy train.

These sessions are followed by a yoga nidra meditation. Deep, healing meditation for body, mind and soul.
